Keywords Unlocked Publishers is committed to delivering your purchases promptly and professionally. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, packaging, and delivering physical items such as books or other tangible products.

1. Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted in the product description or at checkout. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there is a delay due to inventory, printing turnaround, or custom packaging, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight, shipping location, and service selected. Exact rates are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days
Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Partners

We primarily use USPS for domestic shipments and a mix of carriers for international orders (including UPS, FedEx, and DHL when applicable).

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

4. Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders

Pre-orders will be shipped on or after the official release date listed on the product page. Bulk orders may require additional processing time; contact us at keywordsunlockedllc@gmail.com to coordinate delivery.

5. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation, if applicable. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as needed.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
