Due to the nature of our offerings—including personalized services and instantly downloadable products—all sales are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

1. Services and Custom Work (Formatting, Publishing, Consulting)

All service-based purchases (e.g., publishing packages, formatting services, manuscript consulting) are custom in nature. Once services have begun—defined as any portion of the project being reviewed, developed, or discussed—no refunds will be issued.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or no-show appointments are not refundable.

2. Digital Products (Templates, Checklists, Step-by-Step Guides)

Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital file has been delivered or made accessible via download.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted only at the sole discretion of Keywords Unlocked, LLC, in limited cases where an error on our part has occurred (e.g., duplicate transaction or failure to deliver a service as outlined in a signed agreement). Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
